TOMMY HAMMOND is not just a real estate agent, he is a well-respected builder, developer and REALTOR® with over 40 years of experience on complex and challenging development and construction projects all over the United States. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, Tommy started his career in construction and development in 1979 eventually settling in Texas where he met his wife of over 35 years, Nancy. Together they raised five fine sons. While in Texas, he obtained his Real Estate and Professional Engineer’s license and was a partner or principal in numerous commercial and residential developments. He expanded his development, building, and sales expertise from Texas to the Midwest to Florida to include luxury homes, zero-lot-line homes, luxury apartments, condominiums, townhomes, luxury lofts, retail stores, commercial offices, restaurants, hotels, and resorts. Tommy was one of the top three multi-family builders in the Midwest for a decade and was one of the largest luxury home builders in North Texas for over fifteen years.

Tommy has a perspective on real estate unlike most agents you will encounter. He doesn’t just list and sell real estate – he knows design, construction quality, costs, and negotiation from hands-on experience. He can deal with the toughest builders and contractors, the most stubborn buyers or sellers, and has dealt with every kind of foundation, structural, cosmetic, environmental, wetland, zoning or regulatory issue imaginable.

With his strong experience and team leadership in sales, project management, and overall knowledge of building processes in residential and commercial markets around the United States, Tommy has a proven track record of fulfilling the needs of his clients and is dedicated to seeing that anything he undertakes for a client is developed, constructed, sold, and/or managed with the highest level of professional quality and expertise possible.

Tommy has served on various boards and committees over the years in business, charity, and at his church. He volunteers his time as a youth basketball coach, the M4C (Men For Christ) ministry at his local church and enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, singing and travel.

NANCY HAMMOND, REALTOR® is a proud Texan who loves her home in Northeast Florida! She spent her first 43 years in Wichita Falls where she grew up surrounded by her parents, brothers, and grandparents.

Nancy graduated from Midwestern State University with a degree in Elementary Education and began teaching the next year. After meeting her husband Tommy in 1984, she continued teaching for several more years while helping him to establish a successful development & construction business.

After moving to Florida in 2013, Nancy returned to teaching while Tommy continued his real estate career. His passion and success soon influenced Nancy to change careers and join him. After a year learning the business alongside her husband, Nancy joined Coldwell Banker Vanguard as a residential agent.

Nancy’s work helping Tommy establish their construction and development business over three decades provided her with an understanding of real estate that was a tremendous asset to her husband when she started directly assisting him in Florida. Their success in real estate speaks for itself. They have literally hundreds of customers, many of whom bring repeat business. This experience has provided Nancy with the skills necessary to guide anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.

After growing up in a large, close-knit family, Nancy has raised a family of her own and is the proud mother of a fellow agent and team member, an attorney, a resort manager, an actor, and a pastor. She continues to work with children at her church, participate in Newcomers of the First Coast, and of course spends lots of quality time with her boys, sweet daughters-in-law, and her grandchildren. Family has always been  a huge part of her life, so she understands and appreciates the impact she has in helping other families find their “just right” home.
